English speaking Help-desk agent (Call center)

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking
- Mandatory computer skills in Excel, Word and usage of PC/Laptop
- Good presentation skills and adaptability
- Experience to work in profesional environment

Optional requirments:
- existing experience in call center advantage
- existing experience in IT oriented help desk advantage
- aditional foreign language skills in advantage

Your responsibility:
- Answer client requests and route tickets to appropriate department
- Working and updating ERP and call logs
